Over the past 20 years, SSP has formulated and manufactured over 1,000 different silicone compounds for our customers. Some have incorporated slight variations to pigment that enabled a color match between multiple parts for a customer. Others required full development and testing to insure that the silicone performed precisely to the customer’s specifications. We have worked closely with our clients to understand their manufacturing process. We use this information to tailor catalyst and cure mechanisms within the silicone to maximize efficiency, yield, and throughput.
