Specialty Silicone Products (SSP) makes EMI RFI conductive O-rings that provide reliable protection against electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI). These electrically conductive EMI O-rings and RFI O-rings also provide dependable environmental sealing.
At our ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing facility, SSP extrudes the cord stock, makes the tooling, and bonds conductive EMI RFI O-rings with a process that reduces the risk of EMI/RFI leakage and eliminates the "hard spot" found in other conductive gaskets.
As our new white paper explains, we recently completed an internal project that demonstrated how our bonded EMI O-rings are as good as molded ones. The OEM example in our white paper even lets you see some sample savings.
